Refund policy
ONLINE RETURNS:

We currently DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS for online orders.

Online orders can be returned in our brick + mortar location for a full refund.

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the date you received your shipment.

Credit will be issued via email in the form of a gift card for the price the items were purchased at. This credit will be issued within 3-5 business days from the time we receive your return.

Original shipping cost will not be included in the credit.
IN STORE RETURNS:

Online orders can be returned in store for a full refund, excluding any shipping costs.

Returns must be within 30 days of the original purchase date and a receipt MUST BE PRESENT.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received damaged or defective merchandise you must contact us WITHIN 3 DAYS of receiving your shipment. Please email a picture of the damaged/defective item to chateaudechicsv@gmail.com and you will hear back from customer service within 24 hours. Please include the order number in the subject line.
Chateau de Chic does not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.
