HOW IT STARTED
When I opened Chateau de Chic almost 20 years ago, I wanted to create a place that felt different. A salon where people didn’t feel rushed, uncomfortable, or like they had to be anything other than themselves.
I wanted it to feel like home.
That feeling starts with the space itself. Our salon lives in an old building full of character, history, and charm. It is the kind of place that already has a story. Over the years, we’ve been intentional about designing it in a way that honors what it’s always been, while building on it little by little to create the warm, welcoming space you walk into today.
We’re a small-town salon at heart, and we’re proud of that. Our clients aren’t just appointments on a schedule…they’re people we’ve built real relationships with over the years. Some of you have been with us since the beginning, some of you were brought in by friends or family, and many of you have become family yourselves.
You shouldn’t have to travel to a big city to get great results. Our team stays educated, trained, and passionate about what we do so we can offer high-quality services right here, in the place we love.
