FAQ

SHIPPING:

We currently only ship to certain territories of the United States. All orders over $100 will receive FREE shipping.  Orders under $100 have a flat rate shipping cost. Order totals up to $50 will have a flat rate shipping cost of $5. Orders between $50 to $99 will have a flat rate shipping cost of $10. RETURN SHIPPING IS AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE.

All shipments will take approximately 1-3 business days to ship. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has shipped. 

STORE PICKUP:

We offer FREE in store pickup for all online orders. Customers who are within reach of our brick + mortar store may choose in store pickup to avoid shipping costs. In store pickup orders must be received at our store location within 7 days of your online order or your purchase will be cancelled. Customers who wish to use our in store pickup option can receive their order by visiting our brick + mortar location within regular business hours.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be re­shipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, please contact your local post office. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report. 

ONLINE RETURNS:

  • We currently DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS for online orders.

  • Online orders can be returned in our brick + mortar location for a full refund.

  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the date you received your shipment.

  • Credit will be issued via email in the form of a gift card for the price the items were purchased at. This credit will be issued within 3-5 business days from the time we receive your return.

  • Original shipping cost will not be included in the credit.

IN STORE RETURNS:

  • Online orders can be returned in store for a full refund, excluding any shipping costs.

  • Returns must be within 30 days of the original purchase date and a receipt MUST BE PRESENT.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received damaged or defective merchandise you must contact us WITHIN 3 DAYS of receiving your shipment. Please email a picture of the damaged/defective item to chateaudechicmn@gmail.com and you will hear back from customer service within 24 hours. Please include the order number in the subject line.

Chateau de Chic does not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.
